Those who have viewed our videos know that it is my passion, as Host, to enhance the quality of individuals lives which I believe is obtained when an individual obtains their best level of fitness. My greater believe and prayer is that individuals would look into the veracity of Gods Word – the Bible, and the critical issue that determines each individuals eternal destiny which is determined by what they do with Jesus Christ, who is the Way, the Truth and the Life.
