Hard to believe that Georgi is 86 years old but she and her daughter in law Tammy are not only both cancer survivors and Gold medal winners that enjoy many of the same outdoor activities like hiking, dancing and walking. They both hardly agree that fitness directly relates to your quality of life.

Jerry went from 230 pounds to 154 which is an amazing demonstration of dedication and persistency. Jerry is also dedicated to serving his Lord and savior Jesus Christ which has it's roots settled in eternity.
