As the host of “RedefiningAging.US” I’m proud to place my short “testimony” on this video for the Pan-American Masters Triathlon. Redefining Aging is dedicated to “Enhancing Your quality of life”. We also desire to see individuals “Get Involved” with some physical activity but most critical is where you will spend eternity and as a Christian ministry our prayer is that individuals will come to the realization that Jesus Christ is “The Way, The Truth, and the Life”.
Andi is actually a cyclist but she was at the Triathlon and I was blessed to interview her. Andi lost some 40 lbs and loves to play with her Grandkids, as a Christian she gives her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ the credit for her success.
The Bowen family is a great example of how the family can work together fo fitness. Dave and Kirsten not only encourage each other but their 3 boys are on their way to demonstrate how critical the family unit can be.
Debra is a triathlete amongst triathletes having done numerous Ironman races which is evident when you observe her fitness level. Debra works at a running store and practices yoga so her passion and vocation all center around fitness.
Matt is one of those crazy's that did 100 mile runs. Matt has settled into marathons so the triathlon run is like a walk in the park. With weights and cross-fit it's no wonder Matt stays in great shape at 68.

Chris is a great Patriot who gave many years of his life for the benefit of us all. Chris has been labeled as "disabled" by the military but he's one who cannot be labeled or held back from his drive.
Rodger at 73 won numerous medals at the 2021 Huntsman world Masters which included several cycling races, the marathon, and on a triathlon team.
