In 2025, I participated in nine Indoor Rowing events and achieved first place in all of them except for the two for WRICH, which I believe was the worst-organized event I’ve ever done in the last 60+ years. I’ve repeatedly stated that I believe the Erg (Indoor Rowing machine) is the best single piece of equipment available for all-around conditioning.
