2007 AARP Triathlon Event – Richard

Richard is one of the most encouraging individuals I have had the pleasure of meeting over my 80+ years on this planet. Having gone thru the tragedy of his dad’s death, who was younger and weighed less, Richard clearly wanted to save his children from the pain and hurt he has endoured. At 367 pounds he knew there wasn’t a quick fix but he was determined to do whatever was necessary to save his children from the pain of losing their father as he experienced.
