Tim is a strong Christian who believers we've been blessed with the bodies we have been given and it's up to us to make the best of this gift. As a runner and healthy Tim is grateful for his ability to engage with his grandchildren in any activity they choose.

Debra is a triathlete amongst triathletes having done numerous Ironman races which is evident when you observe her fitness level. Debra works at a running store and practices yoga so her passion and vocation all center around fitness.
Matt is one of those crazy's that did 100 mile runs. Matt has settled into marathons so the triathlon run is like a walk in the park. With weights and cross-fit it's no wonder Matt stays in great shape at 68.
Betty at age 84 and Jim at age 86 are poster individuals for "Redefining Aging". With 26 years at Huntsman their dedication cannot be questioned and should be a motivator to all seniors. They are also still part of snow their skiing patrol - amazing.
LoRane started her swimming career at age 86 so please don't tell me your too old. LoRane competed in 4 events in the 2023 Huntsman World Masters events and was a Gold winner.
