This is another event that resulted in me being the only competitor at OARS rowing facility so no-one to interview and therefore I've attached my long testimony for those patient enough to listen to some 20 minutes of my story.
Since there were no other rowers in my class this video will feature my wife and I about why "RedefiningAging.US" and what our goals are for the site.

Rick at age 62 is the same age when his father died but years ago Rick decided that he would take whatever control he could of his future through CrossFit he was introduced to Indoor Rowing where he rowed some 1.8 million meters in a year, which is amazing....
