This was Tom's first Senior Games but he had such a great experience that he plans to attend more such events. Tom had to deal with an immune system issue but his conditioning and faith has seen him through the tough times.

Danielle is mainly a Triathlete but here at Lake Fairview to support her husband Leon who won the Gold in his rowing event. Danielle and Leon are a great example of the benefits of conditioning, support and motivation from your spouse.
Daniel purchased his first Skull boat at age 70 and now at age 79 anyone can see the benefits he has obtained from rowing. Daniel is also a Triathlete who advises us all to "keep moving"
Jane has used rowing as therapy along with the benefit of great friends and teammates which motivate her to look forward to training. Jane's faith has seen her through the worst of times and her faith always gives her hope for the future.
Elaine had a distinguished career in the Air Force and enjoys the friendships available in rowing as it was in the Air Force. It was Elaine's sister who dealt with cancer through rowing that convinced Elaine to "Get Involved" which she recommends to others.
Jenny is part of a family of rowers including her husband and son which is her method of dealing with sleep and stress. As a Christian she is also concerned with the body she has been given and rowing is a great way to maintain health and fitness.
Angel is a great runner and also uses cross-fit to maintain his health and fitness. Angel took 3rd in the 10K even suffering a hamstring issue. God plays the key role in his life - appropriately named Angel.
