Worlie, as a division 1 college runner and boxer, sees keeping fit as a tool for stress release, which makes lots of sense, especially in his career as a Police Officer. Worlie also applies scripture to his personal life and career which makes even more sense.

Pickleball is said to be the fastest growing sport for some time now - I can see why as I have recently tried my hand at the sport. I've been impressed by the quality of competition since most who play Pickleball take it seriously. Maybe I'll find the time to improve.
