Glen re-entered his passion for running at age 73 after some 46 years layoff which emphasizes it’s never too late to reestablish those fitness goals. Glen and his wife of 53 years have been active in their church and realize spiritual fitness is more important than physical fitness but Glen will continue stay on top of both.
