2021 Oak Ridge Rowing – Susan Smith

Liz is an amazing woman who can testify about Parkinson's disease and motivate others to follow her lead to "keep moving" as she does with hiking, running, weight lifting and looking closer at rowing.

This is a short video since I was sick for about a week and didn't obtain any testimonies and little footage of the events. I placed my short testimony at the end which I pray will minister to you as so many others have ministered to me.

  Urs Wunderli is an example of why you need to stay fit - he rowed with his grandson in the races at Sarasota and won the Bronze medal. His advice is like so many others we interview - "just do something"...
