Connie is an avid runner who understands the benefits of fitness but more importantly she understands the key to life which is a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Keith is Connie’s great supporter riding his bike with her as she trains for running events.

Pickleball is said to be the fastest growing sport for some time now - I can see why as I have recently tried my hand at the sport. I've been impressed by the quality of competition since most who play Pickleball take it seriously. Maybe I'll find the time to improve.
