This is another event that resulted in me being the only competitor at OARS rowing facility so no-one to interview and therefore I've attached my long testimony for those patient enough to listen to some 20 minutes of my story.
Rick at age 62 is the same age when his father died but years ago Rick decided that he would take whatever control he could of his future through CrossFit he was introduced to Indoor Rowing where he rowed some 1.8 million meters in a year, which is amazing....
This is a first for me - Stephanie wanted to do my testimony after the 2023 Huntsman Indoor Rowing which gave me the opportunity to be on the other end of the camera. Trish and I pray that RedefiningAging.US will be a vehicle to enhance the quality of individuals...
