Rick at age 62 is the same age when his father died but years ago Rick decided that he would take whatever control he could of his future through CrossFit he was introduced to Indoor Rowing where he rowed some 1.8 million meters in a year, which is amazing. Rick is familiar with tragedy having lost his son which caused his separation from his Christian foundation but as he explains, God was always there and in time Rick knew his strength and life were inseparable from his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
