Worlie, as a division 1 college runner and boxer, sees keeping fit as a tool for stress release, which makes lots of sense, especially in his career as a Police Officer. Worlie also applies scripture to his personal life and career which makes even more sense.

This video will provide a brief overview of "Master Boxing" which played a great role in my journey of fitness. Even if you never enter a Masters Bout, the training, which includes running, hitting the bags, sit ups, and rope work is very beneficial.
