Penny started swimming as a young girl and then returned in her mid-60s bringing her health and fitness as easily seen now in her 70’s. Penny enjoys the Senior Games and knowing she will compete motivates her to train.

Pickleball is said to be the fastest growing sport for some time now - I can see why as I have recently tried my hand at the sport. I've been impressed by the quality of competition since most who play Pickleball take it seriously. Maybe I'll find the time to improve.
