Michael has been through difficult times, as many have, with the death of his son where he was faced with a decision: do I drink or drug the pain away or do I move to something with positive results? Deciding on health has made all the difference not to mention the loss of unwanted weight. Michael also gets answers to business issues while he is training which I totally understand having had the same experiences.

Mike is one of the greatest master swimmers in US history with numerous state and national records. Unfortunately I'm in his same age group so 1st place is out of reach. Mike is dedicated and swims every day which shows in his performance
